1. Introduction

Welcome to Newrro Tech LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing our products, using our robotics platforms, or participating in our training programs, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

These terms govern:

• Product purchases and usage
• Robotics lab installations
• AMRs and robot kit usage
• Workshops, training, and FDPs
• Online platforms, documentation, and support
• Data usage, intellectual property, and safety guidelines

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our services.

2. Definitions

• “Website” refers to www.newrro.in
• “Products” include ARJUNA, Babroo, NRC-2, RICK Series, controllers, accessories, and upcoming platforms
• “Services” include robotics training, FDPs, workshops, lab setups, documentation, and support
• “Client/User” refers to educational institutions, individuals, staff, students, or researchers interacting with Newrro products or services

3. Eligibility

By using our platform, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or supervised by an institution/guardian)
• The use is for academic, research, or institutional purposes
• You have legal authority to enter into binding agreements

• All product prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Taxes, shipping, installation, and training charges may apply.
• Payments must be completed through approved channels only.
• Purchase Orders issued by institutions are legally binding.

6. Order Confirmation & Delivery

• An order is confirmed only after payment or official institutional PO.
• Delivery timelines vary based on product stock, installation schedule, and location.
• Any damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Warranty & Repairs

All major products include a 6-month limited warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, electronics faults, and sensor issues.

Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Water damage
• Unauthorized modifications
• Mishandling by staff or students
• Tampering with protective seals

Repairs outside warranty may incur charges.

8. Training, Workshops & FDPs

• Training dates will be mutually agreed upon after confirmation.
• Institutes must ensure availability of infrastructure (lab space, PCs, projector, power).
• Newrro trainers must be allowed safe access to campus facilities.
• Training modules cannot be recorded or redistributed without consent.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, hardware designs, firmware, curriculum, documentation, logos, and training materials are the intellectual property of Newrro Tech LLP.

Clients receive the right to use materials for academic purposes, but cannot:

• Copy
• Resell
• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Reverse-engineer
• Commercialize

Any violation may lead to legal action.

10. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Misuse robots or use them for harmful activities
• Bypass firmware/security protections
• Perform unsafe experiments
• Upload or transmit malware
• Violate campus/lab safety rules

Institutions are responsible for ensuring supervised usage.

11. Limitation of Liability

Newrro Tech LLP is not responsible for:

• Injuries caused by mishandling the robot
• Damages due to improper usage
• Loss of data
• Academic or research outcomes
• Downtime due to external power/network issues

Our liability is limited to replacement/repair of defective parts under warranty.

12. Product Updates & Modifications

We may release firmware updates, software patches, or documentation improvements.

Newrro reserves the right to modify products or services without prior notice.

13. Termination

Newrro Tech may suspend or terminate service access if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments fail
• Product misuse is reported
• Intellectual property is infringed

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the Laws of India, under the jurisdiction of local courts where Newrro Tech LLP is registered.
